Day Four

The landscape became more mountainous as we drove across Montana. Our main object for today was to get on down the road with only no real tourist stops. We did plan on a stop at Wheat Montana Bakery and Deli at Three Forks. We had stopped there on a trip a few years earlier and had a pleasant meal. We ended up having a late lunch at the bakery/deli. And I forgot to take a photo of the place.

After lunch we drove fairly steadily until we arrived at Wallace, Idaho where we are spending the night. The unusual thing about Wallace is that the whole downtown area is on the Naional Historic Register.
